SERVICES

SALES: Spectrum Aviation Africa is the distributor for Spectrum products in Africa.

MARKETING: Promotion of Spectrum products in Africa, media coverage, attendance at main exhibitions, regulatory coordination.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: The CRM department will provide customer care, coordinate aircraft delivery, training, pre-sales and post-sales support.

TRAINING: Will organize and offer training for Spectrum Aircraft Type Rating transitions, recurrent training and special training for both pilots and mechanics.

MAINTENANCE: Interjet Maintenance will offer Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul services in Africa, through both company-owned centers and authorized service centers. Spectrum Aviation Africa  will operate and coordinate the African parts distribution center for Spectrum aircraft.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: The technical department will manage reception and distribution of all internal Operations Bulletins, Revisions and Recommendations of Spectrum technical info, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

FINANCING: Spectrum Aviation Europe is involved in providing financial solutions for EMEA customers, and furthermore is working on comprehensive financial packages, including insurance coverage.
